Color analysis is a process where we’ll use colored drapes selected in specific hues, chromas, and values, and see how they interact with your complexion and features. Some will make you look healthy, energized, and vibrant, while others may wash you out, or simply not connect with your coloring.

By identifying your hue, chroma, and value, we’ll land on your own personal rainbow that you can use for wardrobe, cosmetics, hair color, and anything else you could possibly want to be in your palette!

I use the 12-season color analysis system. Along with offering a comprehensive analysis that accounts for a great deal of individuality, it also makes it easy for clients to understand and apply their palettes after their analysis.

For best results, wear minimal to no makeup for your appointment.

We’ll cover your clothes for the analysis, but it’s best not to wear a top with a high or bulky neckline that will stick out over the cape.

If you wear glasses, you may wear them to the appointment, but you may wish to wear contacts instead, since I’ll ask you to remove your glasses periodically to better observe the color interactions with your features.

Do not use tanner prior to your appointment. It’s important to see how colors interact with your natural complexion.

These circumstances will not interfere with a successful color analysis. In fact, one of the ways that we can recognize your best colors is by observing how they naturally smooth your complexion.

Even if you would ordinarily use concealer to cover up these areas, please still wear minimal or no makeup to your analysis. Reach out to me before your appointment to discuss further.

I offer group analyses for a client and a friend in my home studio. At 3 or more, I bring my setup to you.

Full analyses are available for groups of up to 6 people. For larger groups, I offer mini color analysis sessions.
