With a background in art and education, I’ve always believed in the power of transformation and sought to inspire others to explore what is possible.

Long before I founded Sarah Stroup Studio, I spent years in the classroom, where I learned that color and design make a real difference to how we feel.
A lack of aesthetic intention makes the world around you lose its luster. But artistry, care, and aesthetic quality can make you feel something wonderful is about to happen.

Style is the world you build for yourself.
When I started my style journey over a decade ago, I had one goal—to create my own world of beauty that I could carry with me anywhere.
I wanted to be my best self in that world. I wanted it to be a place where I could come home to myself.
It wasn’t until I discovered color analysis and style archetypes that I realized how powerfully the right colors and shapes can connect you back to yourself.
I believe
Color and style analysis gave me the missing piece I was looking for—personal harmony. I suddenly saw myself as all the things I was, instead of all the things I wasn’t.
I wanted to help others feel the same, and that’s when Sarah Stroup Studio was born.
